Privacy Policy

§ 1 General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) sets out the rules for the processing of personal data of Users using the Website available at www.uniquedevs.com.
  2. The administrator of Users’ personal data within the meaning of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), (hereinafter RODO) is UNIQUE DEVS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Chełmiec, ul. § 2 Scope of Personal Data Processing

  1. The Administrator processes personal data of Users provided during the use of the Website and provided through the contact form.
  2. The Administrator may process the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address, address of residence/business address, telephone number, Tax ID, official position.
  3. Providing information and personal data via the contact form is voluntary, but may be necessary to contact the Service Provider.
  4. Personal data will not be subject to profiling and the Administrator will not make automated decisions based on the personal data provided.
  5. Personal data may be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to the extent necessary to provide services, in particular IT, hosting, marketing. Data transfer will be carried out in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RODO.
  6. The Website uses cookies to ensure proper operation and optimization of the use of the Website. These files allow adapting the content of the Website to the individual preferences of the User, thus improving the quality of the services provided. The User has the ability to manage cookie settings through the appropriate options in his/her web browser.
  7. As part of the functioning of the Website, anonymous data are processed, which do not allow to identify Users. This data is used for statistical analysis and optimization of services.

§ 3 Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:

  1. to conduct correspondence with persons who have made contact with the Service Provider, in particular via the contact form or via e-mail and to respond to inquiries, to provide information regarding services provided, to archive correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  2. To carry out the process of processing claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  3. To conclude and execute a contract in connection with the activity conducted by the Service Provider (Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
  4. realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interests, in particular prevention of taking actions contrary to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, assertion of claims or defense against claims, conducting statistics, analysis, tests in order to optimize and improve the functionality of the Service (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  5. Marketing of services provided by the Service Provider (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  6. the sending of commercial information by electronic means, in case the User consents to receive it (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).

§ 4 Period of Storage of Personal Data.

  1. Personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
  2. Where the requirement to process personal data arises from the provisions of applicable law, personal data will be processed for the period specified in the law.
  3. Personal data provided when using the contact form are stored for the period necessary for the Service Provider to handle correspondence.
  4. The Administrator stipulates that the storage period of personal data may be extended in case it would be justified to establish, investigate or defend against claims in accordance with applicable laws.

§ 5 User Rights

In connection with the Administrator’s processing of personal data, the User has the right to:

  1. to access his/her data, to rectify it, to restrict its processing, to delete the data in the cases specified in Article 17 of RODO, to object to the processing, to transfer personal data.
  2. To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if given. Withdrawal of consent to process personal data does not affect the legality of previous processing of such data,
  3. to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl.

§ 6 Transfer of Personal Data

  1. The Administrator may transfer personal data to third parties if:
  2. it is necessary for the performance of the Agreement and the provision of services,
  3. The User has consented to the transfer of personal data,
  4. the obligation to share the data results from applicable laws.
  5. Personal data may be transferred to third parties providing services to the Administrator in particular:
  6. companies and entities providing accounting, IT, telecommunications, legal, marketing services;
  7. entities providing customer service, including complaint notifications, entities providing services related to technical support;
  8. entities cooperating with the Administrator and providing consulting and other services performed for the Administrator.

§ 7 Final Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use
  2. Use of the Site is tantamount to acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
  3. The content of this Privacy Policy is subject to change. Amendments shall come into effect on the date indicated by the Service Provider, no less than 7 days after it is made available on the Website.
